REALITY CHECK #4......6/29/2012

REALITY CHECK: Somebody said that I was too harsh on female rappers but in reality I would like to say how am I harsh when the position of female rappers look so extinct and disgraceful to me. Twenty years ago female artists had balanced the industry evenly from soloist to groups. Back in the day women would say they are every woman and displayed it with respect and honor. Today I see no female with mentors or connections which is the key to having a good career. I continuously get requests to listen to their music and for the record I have heard 80% garbage with these polarized images from photoshoots that the photographer doesn't even fix the images properly but I am not to say anything. I see time and time again females putting their sexy images out there when they don't realize who gonna promote your negativity when its a career move that could be a career disaster in the long run. To all females who feel they need no advice or criticism from a professional who's been taught to screen all artists and tell it to you on a industry level then you not in the right business. For the record I have seen many female artists since the 70s who've graced this industry with class, grace and more professionalism than what I see today. The music business is all about rejection or who's willing to work to the level of professional that makes you achieve the ultimate dream and right now the industry sees NO potential unless I am blind to the cause......I DON'T THINK SO!!!

REALITY CHECK #3......6/27/2012

REALITY CHECK: "How many artists say the most impossible things like I can do this myself which is career suicide especially with NO contacts, mentors, connection or even have a legit team. For the record DO NOT lie to yourself if you can say that with confidence or being too cocky. The BIGGEST PROBLEMS that comes with that mentality is EGO and ARROGANCE!!!. Now if you got all the tools to survive in the game such as legit connections, contacts and mentors within the industry especially in New York or Los Angeles then you've got a winner. If you have your radio market in your hometown on locked down and have proven track records of sales of records, downloads, concert events and all other necessary paperworks. For the record YOU NEVER TALK TO ANYONE UNLESS THEY PRESENT A BUSINESS CARD which shows authenticity of that person. So if you feel you haven't done that since you claim you are the next big star......YOU'VE BEEN PIMPED LIKE A $5 HOOKER!!!!!!

REALITY CHECK #2......6/26/2012

REALITY CHECK: "Artists got the nerve to broadcast unprofessionally online and actually think the industry will give you a shot. Remember the first impression is a lasting impression that executives will ALWAYS remember. Do not think you are major unless you have an image consultation and a professional management within the industry......point blank!!"

REALITY CHECK #1......6/25/2012

REALITY CHECK: "Paying dues in the entertainment business is a necessary and frustrating process to become a bonafide name in the game. Today I see thousands of entertainment labels and companies that broadcast their business like they major player in the game when in reality I know industry folks are saying, WTF!!?? So my advice to ALL the CEOs and artists who foolin themselves about they're major players in this game just pay dues first and earn your spot in the game rightfully, respectfully and collectively."
